Getting closer to the Fringe!

About a month to go until we arrive at the fringe and, there’s a lot going on! First of all, sales are magnificent, if you’re thinking of coming to see us, please, please do book. All the details at http://www.twoshadesofblue.org.uk/. We’re well ahead of last year’s sell out show, and it’s nice that Comedy and Cake is doing particularly well- I can only imagine people that came last year are coming back, which is a very big compliment for the fringe.

Scripts are being polished and there’s rehearsals for both shows this weekend- it’s really odd that a company we started seven years ago has grown to the extent we’re now doing long runs in 150 seat theatres, and rehearsing in two different cities at once. From a personal point of view, this year I’ve got more people working on the production side, so I’ve done some more writing for both shows- will be interesting to see how it all comes out, but I think so far everything looks set for the biggest bestest fringe yet.

Props people have already secured a toilet for back to the future, and a time machine, the lovely flats are booked, the train tickets are booked, the one liners are ready and the teapot is on. If you’re thinking of coming to Edinburgh, why not join us?
